We will refund purchases only if goods are damaged or defective. Any claim must be made by email to email@example.com within 3 days of receiving goods. . If the claim is because of damage, you should also email a few pictures showing the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will help ensure we take fast corrective action.

Returned product/s should be posted back to warehouse at buyers cost. Once we receive the unused product/s, we will refund the product purchase price . Balipura will not reimburse shipping costs. . Send us an email to email@example.com and we will give you the return address from where your product was shipped, as we have a few distribution points around the world.
Balipura products should not be repackaged, relabeled or onsold except in their original packaging. Any contravention of the above terms entirely voids Balipuras returns policy.
Published online prices may change from time to time without notice. We make price promotions at certain moments of the year. We handle many currencies, and fluctuations outside a normal range are the usual reason for price adjustments, however once your order is made, the price will not change.
